Poppys first night she did amazing , really good night all the staff where lovely , really good night with the girls

We stopped by this restaurant in Newcastle for a quick meal. We both ordered the BBQ chicken, which was served with fries and coleslaw. We were amazed by the generous portion and delicious taste for only £4.95. The service was outstanding and we enjoyed our meal outside on the benches, listening to the live music. This place offers great value for money.

We first visited this restaurant in October and enjoyed the delicious steak and chicken. Our son particularly loved the Yorkshire pudding appetizer and the staff kindly made him extra puddings. We returned today because our son wanted more puddings. We only had drinks this time and the staff were so friendly that they didn't charge us for the Yorkshire puddings. Thank you for the great service.

Had a lush night at the stack. Drinks in the tipee first brilliant atmosphere. Chose to eat at cluck cluck moo. Staff so friendly helpful and accomodating. There was 16 of us the food was gorgeous. Great service. Really recommend it

‘Good vibes’ really? Not the impression i got when we sat down for a meal. The food at Cluck Cluck Moo was not the worst I’ve ever had but quite close. The service was good when we arrived, the girl was very welcoming. We order some cocktails, however when mine came it was very sweet and strong to the point where I couldn’t take another mouthful. I apologised to the staff and asked if I could change it for another one, she said that was fine and then got another member of staff to come up to me and ask what was wrong with it and that she would only top it up with lemonade (which turned out to be soda water, which made it taste even worse), she then went on to talk about what I had said about the drink to the kitchen staff behind us, I felt so awkward that I just left the drink and paid for it. I ordered the flat iron chicken with lemon and garlic seasoning. The chicken tasted ok but was quite inedible as it was rubbery and greasy. My plate was full of grease! The chips were beautiful even though I asked for beef dripping ones and they gave me salt and pepper instead. My boyfriend ordered a steak which was cooked to exactly how he asked but was very tough. I would definitely not go back as there are lots of nice places to eat in Newcastle that I would much prefer to go to. Really disappointed and embarrassed.
