I absolutely adore Caffè Nero for their delicious coffee and food. However, my experience at this particular store was disappointing. The staff were rude, impolite, and even made offensive remarks when faced with a busy queue. The manager even told me to hurry up and pay so I could leave. When I tried to report her behavior, she bragged about her connection to the Area Manager, dismissing any consequences. I would recommend avoiding this store altogether.
