Qfc - Newcastle

Jayda helped me with a coupon issues for my tangerines. I did the wrong thing but Jayda happily helped me grab the right coupon and issued a correction in price after. i've always received good customer service here where they go just above and beyond the extra mile, and happily so, even for any of my mistakes- so wanted to write a thanks

Literally the most helpful and kind staff on earth. My favorite place to shop for groceries. Look for great deals on cheese!

This QFC is disappointing.. I try to give a chance every time considering it's so close to where we live but nothing ever gives, especially with the few items they carry. I visited this QFC location today for a specific item that they finally carry that I normally travel to Fred Meyers for. Unfortunately I witnessed an incident of racial profiling at the self checkout and It was super disappointing to see. The clerk was a blondish Caucasian female, a little heavy set and the customer was a young Black male. The gentleman shopper was really nice to the clerk but it was so blatant she targeted this young man. Really unfortunate and uncomfortable to witness. Overall my experiences here just aren't great and after today's incident this store is one I'll avoid shopping at

Food is not selective as in kirkland downtown store. The store has no positive energy at all. Looking old and dull. They must renew the whole store as soon as possible. Thevlights are horrible. You see the toulet doors open during your grocery shopping. Disappointed and disgusting I am going to metropolitan market to have my grocories.
