Little Caesars Pizza - Newcastle

The staff at this restaurant is amazing and deserves to be treated better. However, my only complaint is the greedy owner who has raised prices to a minimum of $7 for a basic pizza, which seems a bit excessive. Other Little Caesars locations have not done this, and have instead kept prices low to ensure customer satisfaction. It is disappointing that this particular location is not willing to take a smaller profit margin. It is concerning that they may not be paying their employees fairly, yet are still unwilling to make any sacrifices themselves. Overall, a typical but disappointing experience.

The only downside to this restaurant is the inconsistency in their food and pricing. When I order pizzas for takeout, they always need to cook longer at home. However, the wings have a delicious flavor, even though it seems like it's added on later.

I have always enjoyed the pizza at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the garlic bread has been disappointing the last four times I have ordered it. It has been consistently burnt and hard to the point of being inedible. I had hoped that the issue would be addressed and fixed, but it seems that has not been the case.

Rarely ever hot and ready and the girl that worked the drive thru last night, Sunday 2-13-22 was rude as hell, she always is... ? she really shouldn't be in the customer service business, like at all.. place an order on the app, it won't be made correctly and it will probably taste like cardboard. ?‍ JS

Hey at least they were able to do a bunch of pepperoni pizzas for homeless. Nice job!
