The hefty Caucasian lady working on September 18th, late at night, has terrible customer service. We decided to take our business elsewhere. She shouldn’t work around customers. She’s more of a dishwasher type of employee. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Go anywhere else. Takes 30 minutes in the drive thru. Parking lot is insane so people are honking and asking people to move so they can pull out. Just a huge mess this dunkin shouldn't be here.
