The chef, Mary created the most amazing dinner for four. The first course was a paper thin sliced beet salad followed by a vegan pancake with baby white turnips and a “ feta” cheese to make wraps. They were great . We then had dumplings filled with pumpkin and finally sautéed cabbage, tomato and chicory. Last, dessert was sugar free coconut ice cream and a strawberry and rhubarb compote . Mary served everything personally . We ate outside in a courtyard type space with strung lights. A charming setting. Very few tables and everything is custom so call ahead .
One of my absolute favorite places. This is highly crafted food with the environment, human health, and the seasons in mind. Curated perfectly by a creative and compassionate chef, lately Mandarava has been doing a seasons prix fixe menu with outdoor dining and it's really a bespoke experience. Love forever.

Phenomenal food. My wife and I did the dinner tasting menu and we were blown away. The food is simple, elevated, and elegant. Mary has magic in her hands transforming simple ingredients into a ride for your taste buds. The entire menu was gluten free and vegan which was even more surprising. We highly recommend Mandarava and hope to be back for another tasty experience.
