If you love blues and jazz come on Sunday. You will never be disappointed. The staff is always awesome, the bands are always top notch, and Glenn is a culinary artist. Make it a point to visit and treat yourself often
Closed forever? Say it ain't so! Since Glenn moved to the tannery, in our experience, the food has improved. He visited our table on every one of the last visits. Gourmet dining at reasonable price
I did not enjoy the time it took to get my food, or the way the staff handled themselves. It was overpriced and looked like it wasn't very fresh.
Lady downstairs was rude and sent us upstairs. Apparently they have a bartender in charge of the entire dining area with no waiters. Took forever to get served drinks and our food took ages. We asked for bread which got sent to the wrong table and 2 of our 40$ medium rare steaks were served absolutely raw. They put them back on the grill but the outside was tough and parts of it were inedible. Will not come here again
So disappointing. Everything was mediocre. The haddock in the haddock/crab entree was dry, the onion rings weren't even hot. The $12(! mesclun salad was just sad--a too small dish of wilted greens and I couldn't find the hummus or other listed ingredients. The best thing was probably the blackened fish tacos and those were fairly flavorless. The presentation was so weak--some cabbage scattered underneath. What happened to this place? The best it ever was was the first location Glenn's Galley--small seasonal beachy casual and really great food every time. The second location was hit or miss, but the fish could be great, and the Sunday jazz was fun. The first couple of times here were good but not this time. I will give meal 2 stars because the waiter who apparently was working the whole place alone did an admirable job. One more suggestion would be to offer at least one vegetarian entree.
