They were responsive to my inquiries, assisted me in selecting the best option, and assured me that it would be delivered on time. The cake arrived the following evening, right on schedule. It was exactly as I had requested, beautifully presented, and I was confident it would taste delicious. I would definitely order from here again.
Oh my goodness, everything at this restaurant is amazing. We stopped by while doing laundry at the nearby laundromat during our holiday. We grabbed a quick bite to eat while waiting, and ended up purchasing a few items to take back to our family. The food was fantastic.
During our stroll through downtown, we decided to drop by this restaurant and try out a variety of cookies. Unfortunately, we were left disappointed. The gluten-free and dairy-free chocolate chip cookie had a strong coconut flavor but lacked in taste when it came to the chocolate. The gluten-free and dairy-free almond cloud cookie seemed stale and overly sweet, as if it had been sitting around for a while. My boyfriend tried the raspberry thumbprint cookie, which was lacking in flavor and jam. The nutterbutter cookie was the only one that received a passable review. However, the high price of nearly $4.00 per cookie was not justified by the mediocre quality. We have no plans to return and would not recommend this place to others.
I absolutely love this bakery! Every item I've purchased has been amazing. Their pies, cookies, and honey biscuits are incredibly tasty. My family orders their chicken pot pie at least twice a month for dinner - it's the best in town. But what really sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service. You can pre-order, request a custom order, or even have a gift shipped anywhere in the country. A huge thank you to Ashley and the team at Buttermilk for providing such a wonderful experience.
We decided to stop by this restaurant while wandering around downtown and tried a few different types of cookies, but unfortunately, they were all quite disappointing. The gluten-free, dairy-free chocolate chip cookie had a strong coconut flavor but the chocolate was lacking in taste. The gluten-free, dairy-free almond cloud cookie tasted stale and overly sweet, like it had been made a month ago. My boyfriend ordered a raspberry thumbprint cookie, which lacked flavor and jam. He thought the nutterbutter was decent, but overall, our expectations were low. Each cookie cost nearly $4.00, which we felt was extremely overpriced for subpar quality. We will not be returning to this restaurant and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.
