Panera Bread - Newburgh

Don't waste your time. service is terrible and food preparation is grotesque. not panera bread standards. I feel bad for the investors.

Good service, friendly and fast. the rest was clean and looked beautiful.

Even if they like this panera is more comfortable in any case they go to the burkhardt. quality is often lacking. I got today a strawberry-poposeed salad and the half of the salat was brown and they gave me a single smoker of dressing filled 1/4 of the way. for all salate. at least I was home so I could add my own. but still very disappointed.

I asked about the ingredients of sand, which by allergies I explained. the girl said yes, it's just a normal yellower scab. I bought it, came home, took one bite and I tasted it. spit it out, flushed my mouth and experienced some swelling. I called and told the manager. I was told someone would call. No one has and they hang up when I personally call, the mgr is not there. I didn't ask for a refund, just a consciousness that they could hurt someone. I was just asking that they make their employees aware that allergies are serious and take them seriously when people ask. they avoid me. I hope that helps someone not to suffer the fate.

I visited Panera Bread at Gateway Hospital, first visit. The staff at register was very rude and no customer service skills.
