Quality Inn At Bangor Mall

We stayed at the Quality Inn from August 12th-August 14th, and have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and the staff. We were visiting from New Brunswick, Canada and were attending The Chicks concert all while celebrating my mom 's birthday. I had left a comment on the reservation to let them know about her birthday, but wasn 't sure if they were going to do anything. On the second day, guest services showed up at our room door with a beautiful bouquet of roses and a birthday card. That same afternoon, while we were out shopping, Amy at the front desk set up the breakfast room with decorations I had purchased shortly after check in. Amy was amazing and truly went above and beyond. Also, the young man that worked nights (didn 't catch his name) was the sweetest! He even let us hang out in the conference room for a little bit, so that we wouldn 't bother any of the other guests. The entire staff at the Quality Inn made sure our stay was the absolute best! Thank you all so much and we will surely be back in the future!

Excellent choice. We ended up here quite by accident. We were booked into a hotel across the street for 3 nights, but after the 1st night, we couldn't get out of there fast enough. While my husband was throwing his stuff in the suitcase I was looking for other hotels in the area. The Quality Inn at the Bangor Mall was the one I called and we are so glad I did. The lobby was clean and updated. There was an elevator for easy access to the 2nd floor, although it is a slow elevator. But with luggage, it was appreciated. The room was clean, updated, with nice bathroom amenities. The sink/hair dryer was outside the bathroom, which meant both of us could get ready at the same time. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable! We had the best night's sleep in ages. The staff was helpful. There was an issue with our A/C and the clerk at the front desk came right up to the room to check it out. She made it clear if we weren't happy, she would move us to another room. The breakfast was okay...nothing special. but once again the staff were so friendly. The only negative thing I can say is that their WIFI is NOT password protected, but open...so keep that in mind when you log on. On our next visit to Bangor, this hotel will be at the top of our list to stay at.

This is our second stay at the quality Inn, Bangor, Mall location. It’s wonderful that the people who work here make a difference ! Very happy happy this year with the remodel in the bedroom. The shower is beautiful got rid of the tub and the ugly shower curtain it looks amazing. I love the new colors in the kitchen, and the place is spotless. Here in the kitchen also was noticed by my wife and I.We were supposed to get in at 9 PM, but airline problems we didn’t arrive to the hotel until 11:57 PM. Brooke had saved us two wonderful rooms. Because we had nice wonderful people, amazing blessing such a clean room on the bottom floor close to the elevator. We are grateful because hotels for the best best best part of the experience is the breakfast is wonderful. Sausage eggs, toast everything and the kitchen manager Miss Chris snow is priceless. I remember her from last year she is the difference maker in this hotel. Thank you choice hotels a lot Bruce and Brenda Huckins from Colleyville Texas! We are heading to our summer place near Bar Harbor Maine. Such a pleasure to stop here spend each night before we make the trip to the Acadia coastal property we haveWe will see you guys again for these reasons next year when we come back from Texas to beautiful maineRooms: Everything was awesome

The staff is friendly the rooms are clean I myself didn't love so much outside of the hotel because there seemed to be a lot of homeless people walking through the parking lot but the staff was really good about making them leave, I would definitely go back again.

Had a nice stay, room was clean, sheets were nice. The breakfast was good!Walkability: Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Olive garden was directly across the street. And immediately to the right was Applebee's!
