Pizza Hut - Newberry

I love some pizza hut but this store is awful. Worst disgrace of $40 worth of pizza I’ve ever had. It’s like they cooked it three days ago then ran it over with a car a few good times. Hard pass.

Very disappointed!!! Experienced horrible customer service then when I called three times to make a complaint, no-one answered! The only possible way to order is drive thru blow ur horn. Oh and also- they don’t offer delivery service either ! Honestly, at this point- this Pizza Hut location needs to be shut tf down !

Great place. Great people. Good pizza. A little to much crust for me but dipping sauce fixes that. They always have my order on time.Also as a doordasher this is one of my favorite places to pick up orders. They always have it on time. And it's always hot and fresh.

Ordered delivery and the order was wrong. Wanted me to bring back the food to prove I wasn't lying on a delivery order. Pointless, and it was only a small part of a very large order.

We was in the area and we decided to stop here to eat. The employees were very helpful, patient and polite. I've never been in a pizza hut this big. Looks nice inside and even had my guy Bob Ross on the TV. Service was great but for me wanting pizza hut so long and getting what we got, I didn't enjoy the pizza. The cheese on the pizza was coming off as you bit it but, it wasn't long before the pizza was stiff. Idk why the pizza got stiff like that but, I surely didn't like it and I guess it will be a lil longer before I get pizza hut again.
