Horrible customer serviceAll 3 employees were talking about high school. So when I was leaving I got a hot americano the male barista didn’t make sure the lid was on correctly so I picked it up without looking expecting lid was secure and severely scaled my hand.I know I’m complaining but let’s try a lil harder to be more professional and do you job correctly.I WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Great customer service! Kassandra, Jeanine and Nate were very nice and very helpful. Everyone we met had a great attitude and was very friendly and happy. They always were helpful and polite. One of the best stores in the area.

Normally this Starbucks isn't horrible, but I ordered a tall caramel macchiato because I already had coffee this morning and the barista decided that I would rather have blonde espresso instead of the regular. Like what's the point of ordering the drink you want, if the barista is going to choose for you? My other drink I ordered was a 8oz steamer kid temp with no flavor, (ordered it for my baby, as I forgot to bring formula with me) and they gave me a steamer with whip cream, kind of defeats the purpose of giving this to my baby. Please for the love of god, teach your baristas to not decide for the customer, and when the customer has to reorder their drink, maybe make it where they don't have to repay?! Better yet, don't go here, please go to the main one on Elliot.

I like coffee. Others like syrups, sugars. I. E. Dutch bros. Starbucks is the only coffee house that knows good coffee. If you don 't like coffee then anywhere else will do!

Great service. Probably should have more than 1 poor soul working there during a Monday morning coffee rush though. Thats just cruel.
