Just Pho You - Newberg

I ordered the vegetarian spring rolls and vegetarian rice dish. The vegetarian spring rolls were like salad rolls with a tasty sauce. The rice dish contained sliced tofu on top of steamed rice and vegetables. It was lacking in flavor, so I added the remaining sauce from the spring rolls. Overall, it was an okay meal but nothing exceptional.

The service at this restaurant is excellent and the vegan menu is impressive. The restaurant was busy with a consistent flow of customers on a Saturday evening, many of whom appeared to be regulars. This was our first visit, but we will definitely make a special trip back. We ordered vegetable noodles with spicy tofu, teriyaki tofu with rice, spring rolls, salad wraps, and more spring rolls because they were so delicious. The sauces were fantastic and the food was fresh.

I always order the vegetarian pho and sometimes enjoy a bubble tea made with water instead of milk at this restaurant. My family and I dine here every other week.

Simply a very good evening dinner here summer rolls with tofu followed by tofu and sweet with teriyaki noodles. beautiful men lead this place; eating is simple, but good quality and authentic and it is quite good value for money too.

Very friendly and the pho chay was so good. Great find on the way to Portland.
