Red Anchor Inn - Newaygo

The service, food, and drinks at this restaurant are terrible - 1 star. I would recommend trying a truck stop instead.

We spent $113 at this restaurant, which included a $42 steak. Unfortunately, the steak was overcooked and tasted bland, like it had been boiled and then drenched in sauce. The manager was not attentive enough to address our concerns, which was disappointing. This was not our usual experience at this restaurant, but the lack of customer service from the manager has made us decide not to return.

We ordered burgers and fries, and both were cooked perfectly and delicious. The food arrived quickly, the service was excellent, and the Bloody Mary was amazing.

This place was pretty good. Been looking for a restaurant around here so u did t have to travel to grand rapids to war something descent. Staff was friendly and fast.Appetizers were great. Had a burger and Philly it was mouth watering. Can't wait to go back again.

Well I didn't expect that! Wow! The mussels were fantastic and the clam chowder was even better. Great meal, unassuming room. Fantastic!
