Starbucks - Newark

Only two staff members were on duty while a long line of customers waited. Even though they appeared somewhat stressed, they were prompt, efficient, and exceptionally friendly! If you choose to visit (and if possible), please think about leaving a tip! It's a tough environment, especially in an airport, when there are so few team members available.

The coffee is outstanding, and the double bacon egg sandwich is very flavorful too. My only complaint is that I wasn’t aware they don’t offer ketchup. While the prices are a bit steep, you definitely get your money's worth.

I had an outstanding experience thanks to the friendly and efficient baristas! There was a moment when someone attempted to cut in line, behaving as if he was more important than everyone else. Thankfully, the cashier managed the situation with grace, politely reminding him to wait his turn like everyone else. I appreciate how you maintain such a positive atmosphere!
