Saladworks - Newark

I placed an online order for delivery on Thursday, 8/11. Approximately an hour later, I received a text notification from Uber Eats stating that my order was en route. Shortly after, I received another text claiming that my order had been delivered, which it was not. Despite waiting at my door, the order did not arrive. When attempting to call the restaurant for clarification, no one answered the phone. As a result, I will have to dispute the charges and find an alternative dining option.

The restaurant was very crowded and the server had difficulty hearing my order. I felt guilty asking her to correct my order, even though it wasn't her fault. The cashier was attentive and understanding.

I had a fantastic salad and the service was fast and friendly! I left a generous tip to show my appreciation for her pleasant attitude.

I usually love this place. I was at the mall so I was like hey, they have their wrap deal today. Let 's go grab 2. The guy who put our stuff together, got the dressing wrong on my daughters. We both were not too happy about the ranch dressing when she asked for French. Its just a taste you were looking for, and got Ranch instead. I do normally love this place though! I usually get the half salad with a panini... flippin delicious!! Healthier option at a mall food court ?

Have been here too many times! I like their work and the different kind of salad they have! Also soups or side with that! If you want a healthy lunch or dinner you should try this place! I lover their balsamic sauce on the salad and their claim chowder soup bowl!
