Mcdonald's - Newark

I requested a double quarter-pounder with double cheese. It tasted like a classic favorite.

As a regular customer of this McDonald's, I am disappointed that the employees are made to work in a hot environment without air conditioning. When I recently visited with my children, we had to take our food to the car to eat because it was uncomfortable to dine inside due to the lack of proper ventilation. This lack of consideration for the wellbeing of the employees ultimately impacts the customer service at this location. A franchise like McDonald's should prioritize the comfort and safety of their workers, as it reflects on the overall customer experience. I will not be returning to this location and will instead choose to spend my money at businesses that prioritize their employees. I urge others to do the same and to support businesses that treat their workers with respect.

McDonald's is the worst choice for food, especially for children. The burger is so tough it could crack teeth, and it always seems to arrive cold. McDonald's menu has remained the same since the 80s and 90s, so it's better to cook at home. With inflation, it's not even worth the money. A simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich is a much better option than a McDonald's cheeseburger.

That must be the worst mcdonald! the personal is rude that they don't let you order for any word they ask. you lose your thought after you tried to get through your fourth word. I just came from there after a 15min drive through waiting just to get soggy-ries, cold burgers and a flat soda. that just makes me angry. I don't know what their policy is, but customers are asking that it is simply unacceptable for every word, I give them my hard earned money that can do least they is that I let myself look at the menu for a second and let them get me a whole order before they get me through after it order me 15min to speak. service and food! I wouldn't even give it a star, but it won't let me post my review.

I came here at 1:06am after i had gotten off work, google says they close at 2am so it was plenty of time before they “closed”. I went through the drive through and nobody responded so i pulled up to both windows and was ignored by three different people. Two women just sat there talking in front of the window even after they saw me. (pictured below) update your hours or get better employees! Will not be coming back to this location.
