The citrus glazed salmon with apple cranberry couscous is to die for!!!

I haven't had food this good in Delaware since Harry's Savoy Grill. There were four of us and we all loved our different entrees. I even called the next day to find out the chef's name - it's Chef Bob. The ambiance could use some improvement, but I will definitely be returning again.

The crabcake was fantastic with minimal filler and packed with flavor.

The food at this restaurant was fantastic and plentiful. I really enjoyed the subtle twists in flavors that added a special touch to each dish. I was pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gem inside a hotel. However, the noise level was a bit bothersome, particularly when a large extended family with young children allowed their kids to run around and scream in the lobby, which is connected to the restaurant. Because of this, we decided to forgo dessert and look for a quieter space where we could relax with coffee and dessert. Other than that, everything else about our experience was perfect.

Pleasantly surprised by hotel bar. Couldn’t find much open past 9 o’clock so I decided to give this place a try. To my surprise the burger was actually thick and juicy and cooked the way I wanted it. The service wasn’t great she wasn’t particularly attentive but the food was pretty cheap and decent.
