Elliot’s - Newark

That was our first visit to Elliot. The atmosphere is very relaxing and clean. Great staff! Perfect for a date night. I ordered her steakhouse salad and we shared a classic pizza. Your pizza is amazing and they have a wide selection of beer. I enjoyed the My Jam Strawberry Blond Ale, from Saucy Brew Works. Very recommended!!! I can't wait to try their tacos on our next visit.

Food is amazing, but the drinks stayed a bit to wish. Had the spicy fish and the Momma Dre Pizza. Pizza was great! Perfectly made in a stone oven. Spicy fish was also very good, although not really sharp, but the frits were amazing. Fried ravioli was also great. The old fashions we ordered were very small with the biggest ice cube in the world and they were openly a little weak. Drinking volume should be larger for $8 and a heavy spout would be helpful. The beer selection was very large. We will definitely be back, although we will avoid the mixed drinks next time and only get the beers.

Really liked the atmosphere and the food was delicious. I had the Steak salad and the Marinara cheese. My wife had the braided chicken teeth. We waited 30 minutes, it was a Saturday night.

In from Kansas celebrating my birthday with family friends that are family. Stopped in Elliot’s got a late night martini. Ordered the perfectly pear martini…BIG mistake. Yuk. Thankfully the amazing manager/server Jess did us right made the best lemon drop martini cucumber collins cocktails. Highly recommend…especially if Jess is there. What a fun, happy friendly gal.

My first experience was great, I ordered a Portobello Mushroom appetizer and the pulpits with beer cheese, both were amazing. For my main course I ordered a goat cheese, roasted red pepper, chicken and pesto pizza. It was rich and delicious! The staff was friendly and attentive. Lived place on weekends. Promoting local businesses.
