Dunkin' - Newark

I always had a good experience here besides when I go when one employee is working. She is an older lady, whose name I did not get. The past 5 times or so that I went when she was working and she messes up my drink order EVERY SINGLE TIME when it’s a simple drink. The last time I even noticed on the ordering screen it was wrong so I corrected her just to get my drink and the order be wrong. I kept trying to give chances after the first mistake but since this last mess up I will not be returning anymore.

I'm still so surprised more people haven't complained at the blatant laziness of this location. Sizes of products are significantly smaller than the Dunkin only 3-or-so minutes up the road. Almost always my order-ahead is incorrect whether it be two of the same donut when I ordered multiple different ones, ordering a bagel with items on top being on the side, drinks made incorrectly, it just keeps adding up. I have never called a corporate company for a refund more than Dunkin because of this location.

The staff was angry when we used the restroom and claimed there was a strong chemical on the floor, absolving herself of any responsibility. What does that even mean? If there was a hazard in the restroom, shouldn't there have been a warning sign or the restroom locked?

Dunkin at 1142 Elkton rd Newark is One of the best coffee shops, great customer service highly recommend!!Especially one of the servers there

Saba is fantastic! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I absolutely love the pecan frozen crunch!
