Domino's Pizza - Newark

Have ordered from here for years, though recently they have been providing horrendous service and have been lying to their customers. Going with curbside is going to be your best bet here, don 't do delivery, will only take longer to get your food.EDIT: Even 1-2 years later it 's the same as it was. The last two times I 've ordered using curbside pickup they 've cheated me out of free food by marking the order as Complete when they then take another 5-7 minutes to bring it out to my car. This cheats their 2-Minute Guarantee This location has no integrity to their franchise 's business offerings. I 've had good experiences here, but man is it uncommon now... I enjoy Domino 's, but will not get from here, certainly not anytime soon.

One of the workers named Mike treats the loyal customers unfairly. I ordered a pan pizza with multiple toppings. When I received it, it was missing a topping. Mike honored to replace it the next time I order at that store but the day I tried to he only honors a small plain cheese pizza. That is not to my liking that I will not eat and highly unacceptable

Domino’s delivery car, full wrap, small car, PA plates from this location is going to hurt or kill someone if they don’t stop driving like an idiot. Tonight 6:25 896 northbound, 75mph weaving in and out of traffic until it turned onto Four Seasons. Last week, crossed the double yellow line to pass on Glasgow Avenue (near Hodgson HS) 50mph nearly hitting oncoming traffic.

Austin is the best cook there. Food always comes out delicious and full of ingredients. He keeps a smile on his face no matter how the day has went takes care of his teammates !!! THANKS AUSTIN !!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would corporate will definitely be hearing from me in the morning I came to this dominoes last night September 13 2023 and my order was messed up call the manager on duty when I got home he was very kind and apologized for messing up my order offered me store credit for which was fine but when I returned to dominoes tonight September 14 2023 I asked to speak to the manager which was a different manager then last he was very rude everything was fine in the beginning and them everything went left cause he decided to be in my conversation as I was on the phone with my boyfriend and the comment he made he shouldn't be a manager his customer service was very bad and I'm very upset about the service I received tonight due to his poor service I will never return to this dominoes again I have visited this store quite a few times and never got this type of service so I will be contacting corporate and if nothing is done about the way he disrespected me I will go to the next level cause this was just wrong how I got treated
