The atmosphere is reminiscent of the Polaris lounge but offers a dining experience that surpasses any typical airport lounge. If you’re torn between purchasing a day pass or dining at this restaurant, choosing the restaurant is a no-brainer. Service was pleasant and efficient, with quick, straightforward checkout via iPads—though they do take up some space on the table, making it a bit cramped. The food arrived extremely quickly, which is fantastic if you’re catching a flight. Overall, I highly recommend this spot!

They also have a drink promotion with United, which added to the experience. Though the ordering is still managed through iPads by OTG, the service felt a step above, and the menu offered some enticing options. It's got a seasonal menu with great selections divided among steaks, seafood, and wonderful sides. While it can be a bit pricey, it's definitely worth a visit if you have an hour or so before your flight. The cocktails are large and come with some chic service options—they're served in a carafe over ice, which feels quite sophisticated. As for the ambiance, it’s surprisingly nice for an airport setting—clean, shiny, and new, with a calm atmosphere, soft music, and mood lighting. It’s not crowded at all, so you could almost forget you’re at an airport—if it weren’t for those stunning views of the tarmac!

The best airport feed you can get other than the united polaris lounge. it is discreet and only invites you to take a break from the crazy airport. service was excellent and the food was fantastic. it is hidden in a secret entrance in the back of the season that gives it a very exclusive feeling

This is quite the experience. You must be invited as a United guest. Once you are, you make reservations. The place was nearly empty the aost the entire time I was there, so many people don't seem to be making reservations. You head to Saison (another restaurant that isn't secret), then they will lead you to a secret passageway. The place is crazy expensive, but they do have some reasonably priced options. The service os good. They do have the ipads on the table, but that must be an airport requirement. The food was quite good. They have 2 very nice restrooms.

2022 update: Brought my family here for lunch. They all loved it. Still highly recommended. Great place for lunch. I have received numerous emails from United about this place. Usually, I get to the airport and find something to eat close to my gate. Recently, I decided to instead try something different and I am really happy that I did. As seen in the photo, it is a small little restaurant in terminal C. Staff was friendly and attentive. The food options were impressive. My burger was cooked perfectly. Although it requires some planning, Classified is definitely worth a visit.
