Chick-fil-a - Newark

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a grilled bowl this morning and when I opened it, I realized there was no cheese in it. I went back inside to let the staff know, but the person I spoke to didn’t apologize or acknowledge the mistake. Instead, they called the manager, who took my bowl and left it aside for a while before adding cheese. However, when he returned it to me, it was already cold and he didn't offer any apology. To top it off, my receipt clearly stated I ordered extra cheese, but no cheese was added to my bowl.

I've never had a complaint about Chick-fil-A before, but this time was different. The service was incredibly slow, and I felt sorry for the staff, as they were clearly overwhelmed. I had to wait outside for my order and eventually went in to retrieve it myself. While waiting, I struck up a conversation with a DoorDash driver who’d been there even longer than I had, and we both agreed on how slow the service was that day. Unfortunately, the fries were disappointing—overcooked and lacking flavor. I didn’t mention anything about the Chicken Sandwich, but overall, it wasn’t my best experience.

The customer service is quick, the food tastes great, and I have no complaints. You can swap French fries for macaroni and cheese, and the kids' toys are available for free!

This chic felt is convenient due to the location, but sometimes you end up waiting 30 minutes anyway. You will also get your order wrong almost every time, especially if you make any changes. For example, I got a protein grill instead of the muffin, sub for a cookie, and instead I got a cup with chicken and a piece of cheese on it. On the other day I ordered coke and buffalo sauce as a dip and ended with a lemonade and extra Bbq sauces Lol. I'm trying to go on the Kirkwood highway if I can.

I went this morning for a chicken scramble bowl ive been craving for days. Get to work and there is a long chin hair sitting right on top. Completely killed my appetite. Took it back for a refund. Manager Christine was so rude. She did not say one word to me. No apology, nothing. Got my refund but will never go here again. Her energy was awful. Shocking because they are always so nice but this lady needs to go home. She obviously hates her job.
