Burgerim Newparkmall (halal) - Newark

Surprisingly good burgers especially since the entire operation was run by one gent (manning the till AND the grill AND serving customers).

I was walking through the ghost town known as Newpark Mall when I spotted IM Burger and went to grab a bite to eat. I will have to say I was not very impressed. The place seemed a bit dirty to the point I almost walked outside in order to find a cleanerplace to eat. However after brushing off my own table I finally was able to sink my teeth into my tiny burger. Overalk theburger itself tasted good enough. Either that or I was really hungry since I ate the burger so fast. Still not satisfied I wenton my way questioning if I would ever return.

If they are in a hurry and not here with children. the personal took over 40 minutes this opposite of almost food,so we went with children, we waited so long and owner / we were asked to leave because they soon close. the owner literally cried with children watching the whole drama. never here and the owner has to learn how to run a restaurant and have a compassion for children.

I have lived in the US for almost 15 years and have never experienced this type of service ever. She first gave us the food very late and when the kids started eating food, she asked us to leave as it was closing time.

Folks should learn from here HOW NOT TO RUN A BurgerIM franchise. They are under staffed and the food and service quality is terrible as a result. To top all is this, their customer service is the worst I have witnessed.FIND ANOTHER BurgerIM THAT SERVES BETTER BURGERS AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
