Kfc - Newark and Sherwood

Shocking rip off practices. I will never use this KFC again. Just got home from holiday to a £60 bill for using their car park for 8 MINUTES!!!! That’s £7.50 a minute. Most expensive KFC ever. I warn you, don’t visit them. It’s not worth it!

Absolute scam for a KFC. I pulled in to the car park here to meet a friend shortly before they opened, stayed for 12 minutes and got a £60 fine!! DON’T USE THIS KFC!

**** awful not crispy chicken not a golden colour and all just Luke warm , got order wrong ,place not clean properly, but that’s what it’s like if you have kids running a shop

Shocking customer service, waited at the drive through ordering point for 5 minutes, was not even acknowledged. Thought it must be broken so so drove round to be told you need to go and drive round again. I said can you take my order now and was told not possible. These staff need to be taught basic customer service skills. To not even be acknowledged is shocking, if we had been told to wait that would have been fine but nothing!!! Absolutely fuming, just drove off with no food.

Stayed at nearby Premier Inn. Haven't been to a KFC for ages after a poor experience but do enjoy the taste. Given the price we paid the quality was quite good. There was plenty of flesh on the portions and the coating was tasty and not greasy. Chips were fine. Decor slightly run down but clean. The staff were efficient and friendly.
