The pasta fagioli soup is not what it seems They have all types of pasta in it, there is more pasta then there is beans and broth. I will not be purchasing from them in the future.

The only pizzeria in the entire United States that messes up a pickup order, sends the delivery driver to the wrong address when trying to fix it, and then wants to charge an undisclosed delivery fee for the whole fiasco. I don't mind the fee, but it's the principle that matters. Please disclose this fee next time and don't act like you're doing me a favor when it was your mistake that caused this mess. I've been ordering from here since around 1997, but I'd rather give my money to Napoli Pizza, Mega Pizza, or even Domino's at this point...

I have gone to pizza village for decades. I made a pick order. They messed up the order. We agreed they would deliver the correct order to my home. Once they arrived I was told I needed to pay delivery. I refused to pay delivery as the mistake was on their end and I was not told this over the phone. I was never told I would be charged to have their mistake corrected and delivered. Does the $2 matter? no! what matters is good customer service. My children were waiting to eat. They delayed the process with an incorrect order as they said in order to correct the mistake I would need to return the sandwich I was given incorrectly. How do you charge someone to fix a mistake you made? I gave them their wrong sandwich, but they wanted a delivery fee on top of that. What about the inconvenience of my family waiting to eat because of your mistake? It’s the principal of it. You lost a loyal customer over $2, it’s just rude and inconsiderate. Then they had to nerve to call us and tell my husband that we were the ones making a big deal over $2. I am appalled! The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. Must be new people, because the staff we have dealt with over the past 20 years have been fantastic. I am disgusted with them acting like this over $2. Never experienced such a thing.

First I just want to say the food is so good! I was visiting from another state and had lunch here. The rest of my trip, this was the only place I ate from! Their salads are great and so fresh! I had the California and the Italian Antipasto salads with garlic bread. ? The Buffalo wings were very good also. The food was affordable and delivery was super fast!!! I will dine here whenever I'm in the area again.

The pizza here is just okay. The buffalo pizza does not have a sauce between the cheese and the crust which made it kinda dry. Actually, the crust was soggy. I brought my family here based on the reviews. Disappointed. Everyone there were extremely nice and helpful.
