At Leo's they specialize in Latin food and they cook very delicious. My husband and I loved it.

Was looking for a local puerto rican spot for coffee and maybe a bite.Waited about 15 minutes for the coffee I ordered. The coffee was watered down. The food showed up 10 minutes later and was quite greasy.As I started to eat, a cockroach skittered across the counter near me. I smashed it but it kept going guts and all! I smashed it one more time with my napkin and then discreetly brought it to the attention of the guy behind the counter. He casually picked it up and tossed it in the garbage and just shrugged his shoulders. Didn't even bother to clean the spot where the guts were still visible.Eat here at your own (health) risk.

Their food is very Hispanic, very delicious and good service, they are very friendly and they appreciate all their people very economically.
