You have only marked a menu item with vegan, which is a fog fungal rays. It seemed to be loaded with MSG or something similar to my daughter's headache that is common for her with MSG. She couldn't finish her. My son and I ended our, but it was hard to eat as I approached the end of the bowl. I also have a cocktail that was not well prepared. Server was friendly and otherwise ok. I'm not a fan of kiosk style order for a vegan in a non vegan restaurant.

The vegetarian ramen comes with an egg by default, so it may not be easily customizable. I didn't inquire with the staff, but there may be an option to omit the egg. The personnel appeared a bit overwhelmed during our visit, but they remained friendly despite the pressure. The menu also includes edamame and vegetarian/vegan miso soup. Be prepared to wait a bit, but the padded chairs are quite comfortable if you're able to relax and enjoy your meal.
