Grotto Pizza - Newark

Good pizza and service is fast if not with the college youth. Don't bring kids back after 7:00.

I love the pizza here but was disappointed by the freshness and size of the pizza slices when ordering from the bar. As it is a college city, they assume that all standards are lower. Step to Newark. Your brothers get it right.

Worst pizza ever. I calculated $50 for extra sauce, cheese and peppermint. None of them are on this pizza. That's a $11 tip. Stephanie, that. Manager, first suspended on me and then a totally lying nightmare claims I'll get a refund if I get back $5. Do not order from Grottos on Main Street Newark. Second time cold pizza and wrong order.

If these 5 stars had an employee, and her boyfriend didn't threaten to ask me if there was a collapsed bullet alive. Good bar, great vibes, but some employees have no professionalism. It is not fair to antagonize customers for simple questions. Really disappointing this time.

Good food. Not the best customer service and not very clean.
