Taco Bell - Newalla

So this location is supposed to be open till 2am. I arrived around 11:45pm and a long line of people were waiting to order but no one was taking orders or even acknowledging us through the speaker. When I drove past the drive through windows at least one man was inside but was not paying any attention to the cars in drive through. No signs were posted on the speaker or the windows to alert us to an early closure of business. Not sure what was going on.Edit: 04/24 I was there by 10:30 and every light in the building was off. Google still says it's open till 2. What's going on? I used to love this location.

Have been here several times, never anyone working the register, have to be kinda loud to get anyone's attention. Like they are trying to avoid you. Then the food has like a teaspoon of meat on anything you get, definitely not worth the price or my time.

I ordered from DoorDash and it took one hour to get my food which is only 2 tacos. Get a real job

You never put the sauce or utensils in the bag. I guess I’ll eat my beans with my fingers… and a dry taco with no sauce… staff is rude. Minimum wage, minimum effort. Save money, make your own lunch. A home made sandwich would be better than waiting for this garbage.

Has troubles get coffee instructions right. I don't like it when people mix my coffee for me. I have asked them to put it on the side, and they get it wrong every time. Taco Bell has wonderful coffee the best.
