Old School Bagel - Newalla

I’ve always loved my sandwich’s (even when not made correctly) but this location never has bagels. Like 8 times out of 10 they're out of every kind of bagel besides plain. How are you always out of bagels when it’s literally in the name lol

I have been going to OSB for many years, when I was a sales manager at the Lighthouse Fitness we used to have our sales meetings at the North my location. Today I went to the location on Northwest 23rd Street I ordered 4 Bagels 2 for me and 2 for a friend I asked that they be toasted which I always do when they brought into the table they were cold this has never happened before I asked person to redo them they brought him back again and they were cold even though he said he toasted the bottom bun three times and it was burned I am so disappointed the guy acted like he had no idea what I was talking about wanting them to be warm I will probably not come back! Update: I sent owner my info like they asked still no response it has been 3days!
