Moe's Southwest Grill - Newalla

Big disappointment with this location. Small portions at high airport prices. Things that are normally included at a regular Moe's cost you dearly here. They also do not have any vegetarian protein options at this location. Staff was very unfriendly and seemed to be annoyed that we were even there. We never expected such an awful experience at a Moe's. The choices are not great at this airport, but this Moe's should be the bottom of your list.

Love Moe's but this one is terrible!!! Lady working the counter alone was extremely unfriendly and frankly rude. Portion sizes are a joke! Lettuce is cheap but I'm just given just 9 strands. This meal did not meet the Moe's standards. Wish I had read the reviews ahead of time but I trusted the Moe's brand. Lesson learned.

Man I was I would have read the reviews before I spent $20 on a quesadilla with 1 scoop of guacamole. The worst part of it is that the quesadilla had meat on 1 of the 4 slices. Save your money and eat a burger or a sandwich next door

Ten dollars for a tortilla and the quarter scoops of filling. The chicken was partly burned and partly undercooked. Moe’s is my favorite chain. So imagine my disgust when this became the single worst airport food encounter I’ve ever had. Absolutely disgusting

Beyond bad. Service was awful, food was wretched. It felt borderline unsafe to eat here but there was a long wait everywhere else. Next time I’ll wait.
