Here we go again, 10 months later. I tried to give them another chance, but it was a waste of money. I got a 3 piece tender meal and only got one actual chicken tender, the other 2 pieces were more breading than anything. Where's the frickin' chicken? Like most places they have shrunk their food but doubled the price. I just paid $10 for what was supposed to be a three-piece chicken tenders and instead I got a kids meal. I tried to give them a second chance but this is ridiculous. They used to have huge chicken tenders and now they're barely bigger than chicken nuggets, and over half of that is just breading. I guess I should be glad they gave me an extra one to make up for the fact that they're so small, but 0 0 is still 0.
Arrived 1 hour before close and received the rudest service EVER. Menu board was turned off just as I pulled up to it. No napkins. Ordered BBQ sauce and didn't get that. Chicken was COLD, gravy was COLD. Needed a DT. DR PEPPER for my mom who is DIABETIC and got ALL REGULAR Dr. Pepper. Acted like I was inconvenience. Where was the MANAGER during all this????Would not recommend this location to ANYONE! Sorry sorry sorry customer service. These employees acted like I was taking the food THEY wanted to take home!!
When I pointed out the fact that they charge more than what is on the menu, they ran to the back and refused to acknowledge me. Many people would be pretty ticked off about this.
This is not the first time I was hoping it wouldn't happen again but it did this is the second encounter with black manager that's up there at that store is very rude and disrespectful I clearly told him I was dining in he proceeded to put it in a box and put it in a bag I'm looking around everybody got black trays and plates why am I the only one in there with a bag and a box when I said I was doing dine in but then when I looked around all the customers was white so it makes sense but the way that man talks I don't understand how he is a manager now I see why people attack fast food workers they don't know how to to talk to customers he needs to learn customer service working in a fast food industry I will not be going back to that Golden Chicken as long as he's a manager I also called corporate for the second time made a complaint because they need to be aware of who is running that store I'm pretty sure this is not the first complaint that they have got from this store so something needs to be done his attitude was poorly his customer service was poorly his body language was poorly just because you work at Golden Chicken and not getting that far in life that don't mean you take it out on others oh I forgot I didn't get my food he gave me a refund and snatched the food back
