They have really good chicken every time I come I love this place

I definitely know it's hit or miss with fast food establishments. From previously unpleasant customers to pay your past certain to cross paths with a frustrated employee. However today it was the manager being rude which is totally unacceptable.

Me and my family were here yesterday, and first we were missing half of our order, then they were rude when giving us the missing items. As we sit to eat the food, EVERYTHING was DRY! The chicken was super dry, hard to bite into. Felt like it was sitting out all day. The Mac n cheese was extremely dry too. And the rolls were so dry that they were almost crunchy! I’m convinced that the food has been sitting in the heater all day. And to make things worse, the lady was on her phone most of the time, she wasn’t washing her hands in between phone time and making the food, and she didn’t even gloves on! This place was terrible!

It makes no sense to order jalapeno poppers and also have to pay 54 cents for ranch that's usually provided wherever they serve poppers prices up and I can't skip this place from now on

This location is severely disappointing. it’s more expensive than the location near my house (which isn’t abnormal for franchises) yet the quality of their food and customer service is awful. the female cashier(s) are the only staff that are kind and competent
