Scrumptious! Fresh food. Delightful staff. Splendid atmosphere. I love it every time. Gets busy and not always free seats at lunchtime, but worth the wait.

Very good pizza for a reasonable price, their soups and salads are very good too

The food is pretty good but it is so loud. It is hard for me to relax with a constant roar.

Staying true to the $7 downtown lunch , Cafe 7 is a great value. The salads are probably the least cost-effective (a little pricier, and not that big), but their sandwiches (which come with chips) are fantastic and filling. My favorite two are the chicken salad sandwich and the Reuben. Oh and the service is crazy fast, although to be fair I always go at 1pm. Don 't forget to bring your Keep it Local card for a free drink!

The 3 times I have been here I have gotten different things hoping for a different experience with no result. I have had their spaghetti and meatballs, Alfredo, and BBQ chicken pizza ALL of which were extremely bland. The only reason I am giving 3 out of 5 instead of 1 out of 5 is because they have excellent customer service and their cookies are delicious.
