Arby's - Newalla

First of all, we have never had issues at this location. Today, our fries were a little cold- but we weren't mad. We didn't even make a complaint. We did come after a rush, so not really a big deal. The manager, Antwan (I know I spelled that wrong , came to check on us after we had finished and we were just sipping our drinks, talking. We casually mentioned the fries being cold, but said no worries since we had already ate them. He brought us fresh fries and cheese, and a few coupons. He went above and beyond, and we appreciated that! All of the staff was very friendly and in good spirits and that is definitely not normal in today's world! Thank you for being kind, in a world full of chaos, Arby's Team! Shining example of excellence!

Was waiting on a chicken sandwich roast beef sandwich

Arby's has always been a great place for fast food dining.

Nice staff. They interact with my toddler daughters... That makes them feel special.

The crinkle-cut fries were delicious. My roast beef sandwich tasted good but was a little on the cold side. The drink station in the lobby did not have any ice in the machine. The drink mix in the machine was off, heavy on the syrup and light on the carbonation. The lobby was clean.
