Gone Burgers - New Zealand

The burger meat tasted weird and not tasty. And the staff was unprofessional.

Kaiterikaiteri more like teriteri due to a distinct lack of Kai. Waited an hour for food as they lost our order only to start it 50mins later As we stood out in the scorching sun a Lovely young waiter offered us complimentary drinks for the 3 of us but the manager instead offered one drink to share between the 3 of us. Found small portions and fairly average quality of the food reminding me of the old high school canteen Overall 1 star Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Was a disappointing experience to say the least. Beef burger was missing multiple ingredients that the menu states it contained. When we asked for them to rectify this they sloppily put them in with some persuading. Unfortunately the experience with the Chicken burger was similarly disappointing it was overcooked and buns were soggy. I understand it's busy but quality control of a limited menu should be night and day for them. One star for long wait, limited menu and subpar product. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

Solid 3.8. Chicken burger was good but would have been much better with jalapeños not the cheapest but a huge portion of chips and big drink so can’t complain

The price for fish chips is great but the fish is rather very small. Order took 30mins but didn’t tell us that it will take that long.
