The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly, with plenty of seating available. However, the waffles are expensive and just average, and the cappuccino is decent but not extraordinary. Overall, it’s a nice spot to unwind and enjoy a warm drink and a sweet treat if you find yourself in Alphabet City.

I visited this restaurant today with my girlfriend and we had a fantastic breakfast. It is a bit on the pricey side, like most places in New York, which is to be expected. However, I have to say that the waffles were excellent and definitely worth the cost. I would recommend this place.
