This restaurant is fantastic! Be sure to come with a good appetite because the $35 prix fixe menu is filled with incredible dishes. The atmosphere is reminiscent of an Indian Epcot. The dining experience was spectacular—everything is vegetarian, but just let them know if you prefer vegan options and don't hesitate to ask.

The meal started with a thali of appetizers accompanied by an array of chutneys, all of which were delectable—we could have asked for more, but we could barely manage one of each! Then came the impressive thali of main dishes, featuring dals, rice, sweets, and crispy poppadom wafers (both red and plain). They offered refills on everything, but even though we wanted to eat more, we just couldn’t! To top off the meal, we enjoyed a delightful mango dessert and chai. It was an absolutely wonderful dining experience, and we’re thrilled to have found this fantastic restaurant! The bathrooms were immaculate, and the restaurant's ambiance was peaceful, with unique and attractive decor. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

The thalis here are exceptional, and you get as much as you can eat. I personally was completely full after the starter and the thali!

Vatan offers a delightful experience. The decor is welcoming and gives a village experience. The murals hand painted. The service is excellent and attentive. The food is plentiful. We did not ask for seconds, but still had more than enough. If vegan, the server will make adjustments. The food was good, but I did not find it exceptional.
