Customers have the option to create their own salad or choose from the menu. I have always been pleased with the quality of their food. While only a limited number of items on the menu are vegan, some dishes can be modified to suit a vegan diet. It would be preferable if more of the default items were vegan-friendly, allowing for easier customization for those with different dietary preferences.
I ordered the lentil avocado salad and was thoroughly impressed. It was so delicious that I couldn't even finish it all. I saved the other half and had it for breakfast the next day!

This is my favorite salad bar. The harvest bowl is the best salad I have ever had anywhere. And the guacamole greens are also delicious.
I'm obsessed with the Rad Thai salad. I wish I lived near one of these restaurants.
