They missed the protein. It doesn't make sense they charge you $17 for lettuce and tomatoes, and because you pick it up, they miss the protein.Bad service, trashy, and expensive.Food: 1/5

Absolutely insanely packed during lunchtime rush hour, although I ordered for pickup it took an extra 20 mins because of the volume. honestly I feel it would be fine any time not lunch but I only work in the area so I couldn't say.

Terribly rude, unhelpful staff. I had to tell the staff member how to build my salad from the pre-built options. We had issues paying with the app and they refused to help us. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the high price if not going to provide good service.Food: 2/5

Ordered a buffalo chicken salad online. They didn’t put any chicken in there. I complained on the app and they gave me a $5 credit. When you charge $15 for a salad and don’t provide meat. Wasted so much of my time. And for what it’s worth I am a SweetPass member.

Service incredibly spotty most people look angry and annoyed to be there. Location generally dirty and tired.
