Shake Shack West Village

The staff here were all incredibly friendly and helpful. My order arrived in a timely manner, and the food was excellent! This was my first visit to this location, but I would definitely love to return.

The food was great, there was seating available, and the wait time was brief. The restaurant was clean and offered a pleasant view.

The burgers and fries were fresh and delicious. The service was below par. Only one of the ordering kiosks were open and it would not read my credit card. I asked employee for help and never received service. That acted like they had no clue what to do.

We are visiting from Australia and have fallen in love with the Shake Shack. The cookies and cream shake and the Shack burger. Delicious. Rodney at the West Village store rocked. Thankyou

This is the best location I've visited in Manhattan so far. Unlike other places, their tables are really clean—I walked in and saw employees actively cleaning them, which is rare elsewhere. It wasn't crowded, so I could finally sit down comfortably. I ordered the avocado bacon burger, and the avocados were perfectly ripe; at another location, they had been rock hard! The food and service were excellent, and I'm actually craving Shake Shack as I write this review.
