Shake Shack 1700 Broadway 53rd 7th

Burgers are awesome like seriously they're perfect. Fries are fine but it's a bit expensive. Gotta give the 5 stars though cause of them delicious

While the food was delicious,my sister and I didn’t get to know initially because we had to give our order back twice due to the order being incorrect. I understand missing a few details one time but twice was a bit frustrating. The person working the register was acting like I was begging for my meal and hadn’t paid like a valued costumer. Food is good but I think their overwhelmed with the volume of customers. Multiple order discrepancies

Not enough place to seat outside. Don't clean the tables.. the place is a mess. I wish they would not have all the garbage bins in the garden area..

After biking around Central Park, we decided to walk down 7th and see what was available to try for lunch. We saw Shake Shack and thought we 'd give it a try. The first two doors we approached said use the other door and we eventually found our way inside. Immediately upon entering we saw four self-help ordering screens. Unfortunately, two of them didn 't work and there was a line of people waiting to order. It took a while to get our orders placed, and then we waited for the food. The kitchen was visible and very busy! While we waited, the restaurant filled up with people who also ordered. It took a while for our food to be made, but given how busy they were I understood. Unfortunately, there was no indoor seating, so after our order arrived we ventured outside. There were many seats, but only a few had umbrellas and the sun was merciless. We were finally able to score a seat in the shade, and began eating. The burgers were fantastic, making it worth the wait! If you have some extra time, or if they aren 't busy, it 's worth a stop here.
