Shake Shack - New York City

Today stopped for lunch (12/28/22); The professionals: The cashier who took my order was so nice and welcoming. Since I didn't order Uber Eats, I'm waiting...

Friendly staff, beautiful outdoor area (can be provided with a wipe). Eating was okay. I don't understand. Wendys' JBC taste better. The chicken frits of the church are better....

The burgers were delicious, as always. However, the ambiance and cleanliness of the place leave something to be desired—it has a somewhat dingy feel, typical of a basement with low natural light. The restrooms are frequently occupied and often not very clean. Unfortunately, there isn't a proper area for changing babies' diapers or clothes. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and attentive.

Great burgers and shakes, with plenty of seating both outdoors and indoors, and friendly staff. We tried the chicken sandwich and the "Hackschnack" (a cheeseburger and mushroom burger patties), and both were quite tasty. The Chicken-Hack was pricier than McDonald's but felt more flavorful to me, although I think Chick-fil-A's chicken burger is a bit better. We also had the black and white shake, which was really good and easy to share in two cups.

Delicious food and quick service! The staff was very friendly as well. Our group tried the Smoke-Hack burger, chicken bites, Chicken-Hack sandwich, and both the Oreo and triple chocolate shakes—all of them were fantastic!
