Pret A Manger Astor Pl - New York City

This was the only option that I really had for vegan eating (from my hotel) during the trip in nyc. there are obviously tons of other options, but that's what I had in walking distance. I liked her to-go meal options and was impressed by the trips.

I have been coming to this restaurant every day for a year, and there is a good reason for it. The coffee is extremely well-priced and the new additions to the team have made every visit the perfect start to my day. I have class nearby and sometimes have a limited amount of break time, but the service is very efficient and I always make it back on time. Additionally, the playlist is always great. Other locations just can't compare!

The food is tasty, but the wait time is excessive. It takes about 20 minutes each time. Additionally, they consistently mess up my order. One time, they forgot my friend's drink, and she had to order a new one. Instead of a grilled cheese, they gave me a tuna fish sandwich. There are very limited seating options, and their soup is watery. They do not accept cash. I'm frustrated. I give it 2 stars - don't bother wasting your time.

Absolutely the worst Pret ever. The staff are so unfriendly. I go there most day and buy my breakfast and lunch and a coffee spending upwards of $30 but I will never be back again. The lady behind the counter I’m pretty sure she is a manager has absolutely no customer service skills it’s like you’re bothering her by being there. I will be taking my business elsewhere in future

This is the worse Pret location I’ve been to.I have the subscription but I feel like employees are always in a bad mood and mad that you’re there or that you’re ordering.Sometimes they don’t even look in your face to respond questions and I’ve had friends saying the same.
