I saw a video review on this restaurant and I automatically bookmarked it. I ordered takeout during lunch and it took about 25 mins for it for me to receive my food. I only ordered the Yunnan Brisket bowl $17) since it was lunch but they have quite a few protein options. Pros: The flavors on the brisket and marinated cucumber were beyond delicious. It had a bit of spice to them but not overly hot from the chili sauce on cucumber. Cons: so I'll blame this on it being a to go order but the brisket was on the dry side and I could tell I got the bottom of the pot of rice. I know some people enjoy the crispiness of burnt rice but combining that with the dry brisket didn't help. Overall, I will be going back to try other things on the items just from the flavors alone. However I think I'll actually sit down to ensure I have better quality.

Super friendly staff. Clean and spacious dining space after ordering. Water available on tap to the left of ordering counter. Clean, private single bathroom available.The food is good. I was expecting more complexity from the duck as contrasted by the veggies, but the pickled veggies weren't as bright or acidic as I had hoped. The duck was ... a bit drier than I was expecting. It seems almost like it had been dry brined just a bit too long and has loss too much moisture. It felt like too much of the fat had been rendered out. The ride was flavorful and delicious, especially when mixed with the chili oil that the popcorn chicken bites came with. Pretty dang good chicken accompanying sauce.What REALLY earned a 5/5 rating for me was the Custard Tart Soft Serve. The soft serve is perfectly eggy, and together with the puff pastry/similar croutons included in the soft serve, oh, my, god. I don't like this phrase, but ... *chef's kiss*, no joke. MUST TRY.5/5 Absolutely will be coming back in the future.

I came here for one thing, and one thing only... Egg tart softserve! The ice cream itself was pretty mild in flavor. I was expecting a more eggy custard flavor, but it tasted more like a very rich vanilla ice cream. It's still a very good softserve, and the added crust pieces were a great addition. The interior of the restaurant had a cozy modern look, and the food looked delicious. I kind of wished I hadn't already eaten lunch earlier so I could try a few things.I will definitely come back if I'm in the area and looking for some modern Chinese food.

Came for lunch with a friend and had a great meal here. Definitely a gem among an otherwise very boring stretch of Park Ave. They've got great seating (booths! along with bathrooms and complimentary water. I tried: Hong Kong iced tea Chili crisp chicken bowl Pineapple bun Pork and cabbage wontons Dole whip soft serve Egg tart soft serveThe chili crisp chicken was amazing. Also loved the dole whip soft serve in particular. Will be back!

This is a fantastic place if you're looking for a healthy fast-casual meal with a Chinese food flair, which is quite rare to find. I would definitely return. They offer a good selection of gluten-free and dairy-free options. *I don't have celiac disease; I just prefer gluten-free. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free and dairy-free options available.
