The Banana leaf Wrapped Rice was excellent (on the spicier side). Very nice restaurant, just wish it wasn’t so dark so I could see what’s in my plate.Dietary restrictions: Everything clearly marked on the menu
First time here. Came for dinner. I like the ambiance and decorations, but feel lighting a bit lacking. I was recommended Roti Prata and Nasi Lemak. I know the foods have curry, and I consider myself medium level spicy eater. But, man, it was hot! I got tears and running nose from having the shrimps in Nasi Lemak. But it is very satisfying. Will come back for the Chili Crab and more!
Great service and great good! Loved Roti and sauvignon blanc.
When people ask me what is my recommendation when it comes to Singaporean food, Singapura is the first that comes to my mind. I recently was invited to dine here by a friend who told me that they have a new chef. It has been a very successful restaurant before, but I'm curious and wonder how much better can it be.Boy they exceeded my expectation! All dishes were packed with flavors that it was almost overwhelming in a good way. We had laksa, Singaporean style fried chicken, omelette with Oyster, and a sweet sticky rice for dessert. I absolutely enjoyed every single bite!I also need to give their prawns in salty duck egg yolk sauce its own paragraph. Honestly I've been thinking about this dish since the last time I dined there. The prawns were cooked to perfection, with that smooth savory and sweet egg yolk sauce... Yes I think it's love at first bite lol.The waiters were super friendly too and they have a good cocktail bar that add to the overall experience. I had such a good time here and would highly recommend anyone who enjoys southeastern food to come to Singapura and try it out!
