El Nuevo Caridad - New York City

For years, this was my family's go-to restaurant, but it has now become one of the worst in terms of service and food quality. After a couple of years of not ordering from Caridad, I decided to give it another try and placed an order for a combo, only to receive two lunches instead. It's worth mentioning that the woman who took my order asked me twice what I wanted. After the delivery, I called the restaurant, and their response was simply that the order indicated two lunches. Seriously? Unbelievable. Not even an apology. I won't be coming back again.

This restaurant serves the absolute best Spanish food in the city. No doubt about it.

This place is amazing the staff is very nice and attentive and fast and most importantly the food is delicious.

Res Guisado (Stewed Beef) Lunch Special was very good. Carne de Res Frita (Fried Beef) was good.

They gave my food to someone else.. on top of that they won't refund my money or answer my calls. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
