We came across this place after an extended shopping trip. Since the restaurant is huge we didn't need a reservation. We have been greeted and seated immediately. Burgers and ribs made the family happy. Prices are moderate considering the location. It's not fine dining but for us it worked out just fine.

Visited this the place on a recommendation from a friend not going to say it's fine dining but I would return just for the value Myself my son had the steak ribs which was good the ribs were very good the steak was not the best I've ever had but we enjoyed it the crispy onions were stunning my daughter had the cheese burger which she enjoyed The portions sizes are a good size

This was the first time I have ever walked out of a restaurant on an empty stomach. Waited 15-20 mins after we got seated, server didn 't even greet us nothing, and didn 't even at least give us water. I was looking around and a table of 4 that got seated AFTER us was greeted and water was served. After about 20 mins first thing the server said was I 'll be with you guys in a minute . I was fed up and hungry, literally gave my business to five guys next door.

Each time I come into New York City, this is my FIRST stop. Get off the bus go to the end of the block take a right and its right there. There Hennessy Colada is to die for. So is there Henny burger, was not too excited about the salad. A LOT of lettuce. My server both times was William. I had asked him where my hotel was and if it was walkable, He told me no. SO true. When I came back the 2nd time before boarding the bus, he was my server again. Such a nice person.
