Chipotle Mexican Grill - New York City

Definitely stay away from this location. My delivery/pickup orders are wrong 100% of the time. I?m actually past being angry, it?s just an impressive level of mediocrity at this point.

On the evening of March 3rd, 2022 I go on my break from working long hours at the hospital across the street from this Chipotle to have a late dinner in peace. I sit with my food at one of the tables, minding my own business, eating my food. At 10 pm the cashier working that evening approaches me in a rude demeanor, tapping my shoulder and says ?we?re closed? and didn?t even start with an apology that would?ve been more understanding due to the fact that it was closing time, but her approach was unacceptable. She didn?t have the minor decency to let me eat my food in peace while they cleaned. I will never return to this location to have a meal if the staff is going to be rushing people out and rudely interrupt their dinner. Please give your staff better training especially the employee that was working the cashier this evening. ?STAY AWAY? Good night from a health care worker who works longs hours. This was unexpected.

Apparently, I am not the only one who have a bad experience with this Chipotle. I ordered on-line and they say that the order would be ready at 3:50. When I got there at 3:55, the order wasn't ready yet. I had to wait until 4:20 before it was ready. So when I got the order, I went to the soda machine and the soda machine was broken. I asked another staff about it and all she said the soda machine is broken the front should have told you. Well if they told me do you think they would have given me a chipotle drink cup. So fine, by this time I was very annoyed. ok. So the agua fresca machine still works. I fill up my cup and the staff member came up to me and say oh you can't do that. That is when I lost it. She didn't offer any solution except saying you can't do that. I started yelling and all she can say stop screaming. YOU DO NOT SAY THAT TO A PERSON WHO IS ALREADY YELLING!!!!. She didn't offer any remedy about the soda machine and I am not going back to the front to wait to get my refund. This is customer service at it worse. If it was the wait time and the soda machine not working, I would have been fine. I wouldn't have waste my time writing this review, but the final straw is when the staff member say I can't do that with the agua fresca one, that is when I lost my temper.

Have ordered delivery from here through the Chipotle app multiple times and EVERY time something goes wrong. Here are pictures of what I received tonight.

I enjoy eating at Chipotle, but the customer service at this location is extremely poor. Every time I visit, the staff looks unhappy and it feels like they are not putting much effort into serving the customers. It is difficult to complain to staff who don't seem to care. As a result, I have stopped coming to this particular location. Thankfully, other Chipotle restaurants are better. Unfortunately, this location is in a convenient area for me.
